Covid restrictions are set to end in England next week after Boris Johnson outlined plans on July 19 for the final step to ease the lockdown.
Social contact will not be restricted and any currently closed venues will be allowed to reopen, including nightclubs.
It also means that weddings and funerals can take place without restrictions
Even in shops, schools, restaurants or on public transport, face covering is no longer required by law after so-called “Freedom Day”.
However, there will be a guide that will suggest where people might wear one.
Northamptonshire Public Health Director Lucy Wightman has urged caution on those who tend to dispose of their masks.
“As Covid rates rise, I will certainly make a personal decision to continue wearing a mask in crowded rooms or indoors,” she said. “I would encourage everyone to do the same.
“This will now be a choice rather than a law, but there is undoubtedly evidence that these measures reduce virus retransmission.”

At the Three Wise Monkeys in Colchester, they know that some customers will not be comfortable if they have fewer restrictions.
Charles Rogers, pub manager, said, “Everyone has their own personal choice to make. If you’re not comfortable going to busy places, maybe it’s best to avoid them for now.”
